Stay Compliant. Stay Safe.

HSE guidance (HSG76) requires an annual Expert Inspection of your pallet racking by a technically competent inspector. Our qualified team delivers independent, industry-standard reports — the audit trail that keeps your warehouse legal.

Independent Inspection

Our qualified inspectors walk every bay, every component. Not tied to any manufacturer so the report is honest — safe parts stay, damaged parts go.

Red / Amber / Green Report

Every defect photographed and classified. Red (unsafe, isolate immediately), Amber (fix within 4 weeks), Green (monitor).

PRRA Training

Train your site team as Persons Responsible for Racking Safety. Covers the weekly visual checks between annual expert inspections — the other half of HSE compliance.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often does pallet racking need to be inspected?
HSE guidance (HSG76) requires an annual Expert Inspection by a technically competent inspector, plus a weekly or monthly visual check by a trained PRRA (Person Responsible for Racking Safety) on site. We cover both.
Are your inspectors qualified?
Yes. All our inspectors are fully qualified and trained to UK racking standards. You receive a signed, independent report that stands up to HSE scrutiny.
What's in your racking inspection report?
Full damage schedule classified Red (unsafe, immediate action), Amber (fix within 4 weeks) and Green (monitor). Photos of every defect, load notice check, bracing and footplate audit.
Do you also fix the damage you find?
Yes, but reports are completely independent. You can quote remedials with us, your existing supplier or anyone else. We hold huge stocks of Dexion, Link 51, Redirack, Mecalux and other spares if you choose us to repair.
How much does a pallet racking inspection cost?
Priced per bay. The more bays you have, the lower the price per bay — larger sites benefit from a volume discount. Send us your bay count and postcode for a fixed all-in quote inside 24 hours.
